This time I tried adding some cocoa powder to replace some of the flour in the recipe. And in order not to let my cookies become too hard like the previous times, I did a little adjustments to the ingredients. Instead of 1 egg, I added 2 eggs. And I decrease the amount of flour used by a little. When baking the cookies, I also shifted the baking trays to a lower case in the oven and also slightly reduced the time used for baking. From the 15mins stated in the recipe to only 12mins. And I'm happy to say that my cookies this time turned out to be softer than the previous times. But then, because I used 2 eggs, the batter tend to be slightly softer than before. Thus making it abit difficult to shape the cookies on to the baking try for baking as the soft batter will kind of stick to the spoon. Maybe next time I'll use a squeezer (I'm not sure if that's what you called it?) then maybe my cookies will have a nicer and more even appearance. =) I also decreased the amount of white and brown sugar so that it will not be too sweet =) So tada! There you have it, my very own chocolate cookies!!!
