OMG... i swear this is the first time in my life i see this scene! ok... i know i'm not making any sense now... let me explain: as you know it has been raining non stop these few days.. today its worst, been raining the whole day i guess.. then on my way home in the evening on the bus... near 'Maritchite' the road there is completelt flooded... you can see workers walking on the road with the water level almost reaching their waist i swear.. then the bus have to be stuck in the traffic for more than 5 minutes before it can move on... and when the bus drove across the area which is flooded, the secne is so fasinating! haha...just as shown in the pic tt i took above... in tt split second i thought i wan't in singapore but in some other countries where floods like tt happens frequently! then the view front wind screen was also so amazing! you see the water rushing up like those u see in movies! haha....ok enough og the excitment. was quite an unlucky day for me as well. Well. i was thinking tt since its raining outside then i decided not to wear my slippers which are very not good against wet floors.. and decided to wear my shoes.. the mutard yellow one if anyone have seen it b4.. and guess wat... i realised tt during morning lesson, the soles are coming off! but most of it are still quite intact on both shoes.. but i guess it can't stand anymore walking and also all the rain water that it have been exposed to in the morning on my way to sch... so its pratically 'died'... the soles hanging loosely and it was so bad that i couldn't really walk.. so i had no choice but to remove the soles hoping tt they can still last me till i get home... but.... the great thing is tt the path is still wet and without the soles..water could seep in.. haiz... and then a few more blocks of flats b4 i can reach home... they r so badly damaged tt i could see my toes coming out!!! arghh.... almost could make my way home!!! so unlucky... i better go get another new pair of shoes... my slippers won't do in this kind of rainy days... i will just slip and fall sooner or later i swear... haiz.. what a day...
